In personal life, Brian has achieved immense success. But the wisdom he gleaned from Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad, Poor Dad taught him that success is not a stop sign; it is a green light! In 2006, Brian made the transition from teaching, to a full-time focus on his career in real estate. Brian spent his first years on site selling new construction. He now leads the 970 Realtor Team at C3 Real Estate Solutions. They focus on selling new construction, existing homes and investment properties, which allows them to help buyers and sellers grow their wealth through real estate. In 2014 the team's buyer specialist, Tim Anderson won the Fort Collins Board of Realtors award. Brian's team has averaged 3 transactions a week for the last two years, and look forward to serving many more clients along the Front Range.
Testimonials
"Brian and Becky were very helpful, accommodating and professional in every way. We especially appreciate their advice and council and how they advocated for us! We would certainly recommend them to any of our "moving" friends." - Christine and Curtis
"This was the second home Brian helped us to find and purchase. He is very knowledgeable about the Fort Collins/Loveland/Estes Park real estate market, both in the cities and in the mountains. Besides being a great realtor, he is a great person. My wife and I love working with him. You will too!"
"I've bought and sold with Brian and he's done great on both sides of the transaction. He keyed into what I was looking for and didn't waste time with anything else. If you want a guy who knows this business and will work hard so you don't have to, use Brian Trainor and his team."
"Brian is a great person to work with. Makes you feel like a friend though the whole process, rather than a client. He helped us sell our home and while trying to find out new home, gave us great feedback about homes we were interested in. I never once felt like he was pressuring us to buy just a house. He took time out of his personal life to find us the perfect home."
